Saturday: 2:00pm
Sunday: 2:00pm

Join the Honourable MaryAnn Mihychuk and the curator of Seven Oaks House Museum as we walk through 200 years of history. Beginning with the bloodiest conflict in Manitoba’s history, we’ll introduce you to the ghosts of the historic Seven Oaks neighbourhood: The first female voyageur, the father of the Métis Nation, the nose-less chief, and the hapless ‘Governor Simple’. Tours end with a visit to the oldest home in Winnipeg: Seven Oaks House.

Tours start at the Battle of Seven Oaks Monument (Main Street at Rupertsland Boulevard) and are 60 minutes long with a maximum of 50 participants.

In regards to the weather forecast: All outdoor events will go on as scheduled if there is light rain. Events will be cancelled if very heavy downpours or thunderstorms occur.
