The R.J. Whitla and Company Building, a Romanesque Revival style warehouse, housed many of the garment industry factories, and is now home to the Costume Museum of Canada. On exhibit are curated cloaks and clothing that bring to life the stories of the past century as well as apparel of today made by the makers and manufacturers in the Exchange.
To help keep our community safe, wearing a face mask is recommended.
Guided tours will run every 30 minutes starting at 11:00am, with the last tour departing at 4:30pm. Tours will be approximately 20 minutes in length with a maximum 8 guests. Self guided tours will run throughout the day.
Registration is NOT required to visit this site. Tours will operate on a first come, first served basis.
