Discover the second Martyr’s Shrine in Canada. The Bishop Velychkovsky National Martyr Shrine houses the holy relics (full body) of a modern Ukrainian Catholic Martyr. Persecuted and tortured by the Soviet regime for remaining faithful to his church, Blessed Vasyl was beatified in 2001. Learn about his life depicted in the museum. The Shrine is within a church that is filled with beautiful Byzantine icons, mosaics, and stained glass windows.

Please use the front entrance of the church.

Guided tours will run throughout the day. Tours will vary in length with maximum of 10 guests. No registration required!
