Join us for a day of exploring craft! With exhibits, a hand-on activity, and local craft shopping there is lots to discover at the C2 Centre for Craft.
Exhibit in the Shirley Richardson Craft Gallery:
Prairie Star Deck II, a solo exhibition by AJA Louden, a Jamaican-Canadian artist and rug maker from Alberta.
Exhibit in the Heritage Gallery:
Learn to do by Doing, and exhibition about the research and study of craft, showcasing samples, samplers and workbooks.
Other activities:
· Make a woven “mug rug” with members of the Manitoba Weavers and Fibre Artists
· Used craft book sale
To enter the building, please press “22” on the keypad at the right side of the door for a staff member will answer and buzz you in. Push the door open after a short beep followed by the click of the door latch.
