Styles and silhouettes have evolved throughout every era, responding to changing attitudes about beauty, decorum, and gender roles. In our “Shape Shifting: The History Worn Beneath” the Costume Museum of Canada offers a glimpse into the history of these undergarments through artifacts from our collection.
