Saturday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 3:00pm

This year, our fire hall celebrates 120 years in the heart of Winnipeg. Built in 1904, Station #3, (later Station #2) was in active service until 1990. In 1999, The Winnipeg Firefighters Historical Society opened the building as a museum. Our aim is to discover, collect, preserve, refurbish and/or rebuild equipment, apparatus and materials related to the history and heritage of our local fire service as well as to promote and encourage public interest, accessibility, and appreciation of the firefighting profession. We look forward to seeing everyone at this year’s Doors Open Winnipeg!

Please note only the main floor is wheelchair accessible.

Staff and volunteers will be on site to share knowledge and answer questions. No registration required!
